Our client is a leading facilities services business with a nationwide presence, committed to excellence and innovation in their field. In alignment with their strategic growth plans, they are now seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR functions, focusing on recruitment strategies and team development to support expansion and operational excellence.
Role Overview:
As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's workforce strategy and driving its strategic plan. Your primary responsibilities will be crucial in shaping the company's future, focusing 80% on recruitment management and 20% on operational management, including team coaching and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to meet company needs, employing innovative sourcing strategies, selection processes, and hiring standards
- Resolve recruitment challenges through effective problem-solving and direction, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Invest in recruitment initiatives to attract talent, understanding market trends and leveraging data for informed decisions
- Operational Management
- Conduct regular meetings to oversee operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational efficiency
- Coach and mentor the HR team to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Visit sites and engage with employees at all levels to understand their needs and promote a positive work environment
- Serve as an HR business partner to senior leaders, providing strategic HR support and insights to drive business outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
- Proven experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment and team development, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior HR role
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Thai, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance related to HR operations
- Willingness to travel nationwide to meet with teams and partners
